Has any one had kidney or galbladder problems? I'm scared to take Alli.

Hello, i am 37 yrs old 4ft & 11 inches tall. Im about 30 lbs overweight. I lost abt 28 lbs 2 years ago (ON ALLI). looked & felt great. Money became tight & i just gave up & ate what I wanted. I went thru a divorce & was MAJOR STRESSED!! I have since started dating a wonderful man, and i just want to feel & look again. U can buy Alli on Ebay for an excellant price. I did. I started 2 days ago & have followed the guidelines to a T!! I have only lost 1.5 lbs. but i know that i will continue to do better. If u eat like ur supposed to U wont have the bad side effects. U will learn to eat healthier foods. My boyfriend's a big help too. He counts cals & fat grams before he cooks for us. So find someone who will help u & hold u accountable for ur weightloss & PRAY PRAY PRAY. God will give U & ME the strength that we need to become healthier & happier women. Life's too short! why settle for being overweight?? Just get off ur butt & DO IT!!

Honestly, I love the Alli pills. I used to be in great shape but because of work and not really taking care of what I intake and lack of the gym, my body had started to gain excess fat. YES, the Alli has major side effects if you eat FAST FOOD, FRIES, COMFORT FOOD, etc. I eat healthy, and if I happen to eat fast food, I know my consequences. If you don't want the side effects that comes with the pill, don't eat crappy fried food. The label specifically states not to eat things high in fat. People need to be responsible for what goes in their mouths. Alli is a constant reminder to eat healthy. After two weeks, I'm starting to see my abs again.

Also, you can't just take the pill and expect to lose weight automatically. Go to the gym, go outside and run for 40 minutes. Do some kind of instense cardio for 40 mins, it's how you'll truly burn fat. And weight train. 45-60 mins at the gym, tops. Now that I'm busy at work, during my hour lunch break, I go to the gym or I go to my break room and do lunges and squats. Work with what you have, you can't expect a miracle to hapen.

It's not a bad pill. Just make sure to take a vitamin everyday.
