I started taking this product a week ago. I have been to the gym 2 times in the past week and eating normal(3 times a day), and i have lost 4 lbs in the past week. Amazing... I have been dieting and excercising before taking this product and have had no results until now. The side affects are not like some say. Maybe if they would eat a little more healthy instead of Mickey d's or burger king, then it wouldnt be so bad on them, but it is working well for me..The good thing is, you can see it working. It sounds gross, but when you go number 2, you actually see the fat and oil that comes out, but this shows me it is working. I definetly reccomend this to anyone struggling with weight problems!!!!

I've lost weight several times over the past 6 yrs with Alli... but this last "era" I have stayed with it for 1 and 1/2 yrs straight! I feel fabulous and have lost 30 lbs. All I can say is it is a VERY SLOW method of weight loss, but it works for ME and I'm thrilled! I eat lighter "fat" most meals and I take TWO capsules per meal. You have to take TWO to equal the original prescription strength. It is expensive for most, so for me to lose a pound (about 1 pound per week, but I eat a more relaxed diet but small portions) I pay $10 or more per pound, but I don't care! I feel healthy, light and since there is no constipation I feel fantastic! I can't believe the weight continues to come off! I thought I'd plateau, but now that I'm only 15 lbs or so overweight it is REALLY coming off! One thing about me though is I've never been a very huge eater. I am petite (5'1") and used to weigh 120 lbs. Gained 70 in a pregnancy and stayed overweight after that. Now that I'm down to 138 (I started at 170 almost 2 yrs ago!), I find my appetite keeps shrinking with my waistline. Plus, I tend to prefer veggies & healthy foods, so I think that is helping too! I'm thrilled with Alli and am happy to share my experience. I have always had high cholesterol and it lowers that too (because it gets the fats out of my body). I will probably stay on Alli forever, if it's on the market! Blessings to all... it will work for you if you... (like me).... like healthy food.... aren't a huge eater all your life... if you used to feel constipated and can benefit from "feeling like things are moving"... maybe have an "at-home" life where if you need to hit a restroom in the AM you can, and have lots of cash to spend to lose each pound!
