Beware of Alli pills. I took them for four weeks and my digestive system took a beating, however, I probably ate too much fat with the pills. Anyway, I developed pain in my upper right side abdomen that progressed across my stomach and back after taking the pills. After two emergency room visits, a colonoscopy, an EGD (scope down my throat), we finally realized what is wrong with me. I have pancreatitis and feel confident it is from the pills. I have stopped eating "fat" in my diet to heal my pancreas. So far it is working and I will never put another diet pill in my mouth again. The old fashion way of losing weight with eating less and exercising sounds much more appealing to me. It is much safer and less expensive (medical bills).

I used Alli for months. I had a slight weight problem. I gained 10 lbs, never had a reaction since I dont eat fats, I am having the middle age reaction. Now I cannot lose the 10 lbs.

Alli was horrible!! I developed constipation and was bloated all the time. Stay away from this pill!
