I have to say, I've been on over 2 wks and they're wonderful. I find if you eat a lot you might not lose anything, and also possibly if you don't exercise. I pull light exercise or more most days and I've lost like 10lbs. Also I've met some who are not really overweight and it doesn't seem to do much for them either. I like it a lot, hope it stays safe and use-able...I know there were concerns about gallbladder and kidney problems mentioned.

i have been using the alli pills for 2 weeks now and have lost over 7lbs. i think they are fantastic and apart from pooping myself in tescos when i first took them i have never had any problems or any side effects, it is hard to tell if i am suffering from bad wind with a foul smell as i have always suffered from this anyway ( so all my friends tell me ) anyway i certainly will be buying more of these excellent pills.
