I TOOK ALLI ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND I WAS HAVING GREASY STOOLS BUT IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS EATING GREASY THINGS LIKE MACDONALD, BURGERKING, TACOBELL, KFC. SO i STOPED TAKING THEM. i TRIED THEM AGAIN ABOUT 3 WEES AGO, I AM NOW EATING HOME FOOD ONLY AND I AM LOOSING HALF A POUND PER DAY! THOSE THAT SAY THAT THEY FEEL DIZZY IS PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TAKING THERE VITAMIN LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO AT NIGHT! i LOVE ALLI!

i lost ten lbs when i first started without any exercise!!Now i have slowed down with the physical part BUT I AM AT A STANDSTILL WITH THE WEIGHTLOSS!!
