Don't take Alli unless you are prepared to never go out again. I took it for two weeks and had to stop because whenever I would eat the littlest amount of food with fat I would get gas with this nasty oily, yellow discharge (sorry for being so graphic). I was constantly running to the bathroom to make sure that I did not have an accident, I felt like I was 2 years old and potty training. I don't know if you can lose weight with this cause I quit too soon, but I don't think it was worth the side effects.

I've been taking the same bottle of alli off and on since may.. I've experienced the same oily stools haven't been diagnosed with diverticulitis and don't want to be as of now i will no longer take the drug and sign up for nutrisystem. I've read the reviews and they were all great so save your time and bowels and just do nutrisystem.

Thank you DietStories.com and the users who supplied their honest responses! Just like User Reviewer #33, I was recommended by my doctor to use Alli to help with my weight loss. I'm glad I did my own research before wasting my money. Many, many thanks to all!
