Had my first and only gallbladder attack after taking Alli. Stopped taking it immediately and Googled Alli and Gall Bladder. Wow, so many cases of gallbladder attacks and people having their gallbladders removed after taking the pills!

Ive been on Alli for about 2 weeks or so....and I havent lost a thing. I havent experienced any side effects as my fear of the side effects forces me to eat less fatty foods. Im partially happy as I am not gaining weight as I have before...and somehow Im not eating like a monster anymore.

The point with Alli is that you need to eat foods that lower in fat. if you continue to eat high fat foods, then yes, you will be excreting that excess fat. But, I do agree to a point. It is not a miracle pill, but a supplement to healthy eating and an active lifestyle. When used in that way, it is effective.
