I am 44 years old and was looking to lose a few extra weight with Alli but on the 4th day ended up with severe abdomen pain which was indeed Diverticulitis. The doctor stated that i am too young to have this disease and attributed it to taking Alli. Stay away from this drug as it can have severe side effect.

I tried the Alli diet pills and it is not what you would hope for.. you're farting oil constantly. it is embarrassing, you try to run to the bathroom but don't quite make it. I learned my lesson no more diet pills for me.

I took ONE Alli pill about a month ago, ate a salad, an orange and then proceeded to crap on myself. Started taking them again two days ago. All I've eaten is Special K and drank Tea and water and i still have the oily bowel movements. I haven't had any leakage. But it comes when i pass gas so i have to run to the bathroom if i feel a fart coming on. I haven't decided if im going to continue to take it. I might give it a little longer and see about the weight loss. It definitely sucks though. But i guess the fat needs to come out somewhere...
