Taking a pill doesn’t teach you how to create a healthy lifestyle that you can live with long-term. Save your money and stick with top diets like Nutrisystem or Medifast Diet.

I was on Alli for 2 and 1/2 years and yes I experienced the nasty side effect they warned us about, but I was able to control them for the most part and barely ever had "accidents". I lost weight and ate whatever I wanted for 2 years (yes even pizza and fatty stuff.) I more used it to eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight and while I did have the oily side effects, I could always make it to the bathroom in time and rarely had an "accident". I'm getting off of it now because it seems like it's not helping anymore and plus I am scared of what being on them for this long is doing to my body. Anyway...did not experience all the horrible things everyone else on here talks about and it looks like I have stayed on it way longer than any one else it seems.
