I am retired on disability with numerious problems. The lack of extra money to diet and seek help is an issue with me for right now. My Husband is still working. We have had our 6 year old granddaughter here with. But with no real exercise and proper food with lots of medication, my weight is 296 at this point. I have sat around so long because of weakness and pain that it at times seems hopeless. When I am sitting around I think there is nothing I can't do only when I get up does it show me I am not the same person. I am 64 years old.
If you have something to suggest that would help it would be appreciated. In March 2012 , I will be 65. It would be so wonderful to get the weight off by then or closer to 200 lbs.
