Hi I have been on Bistro MD for only a week. So far it is beyond my wildest dreams. The food is excellent and plentiful. I have lost 5 pounds, it might be water weight but it is still a loss. I never thought I would ever find diet food this tasty. It is so good to not have to worry about counting calories and fat grams. It is expensive but if you can afford it I say go for it. With Bistro MD and my Wii Fit I know this time I will succeed and lose the weight. I am 5'8 and weight is 250 so I have a long ways to go but for the first time in my life I am confident I will win this battle.

This program works for me. There is too much food and I can't eat it all. The only problem is that it is very expensive. About $200 a week.

After considering and trying some of the other programs available i calculated my spending on groceries, eating out and misc., and decided bistromd was actually a pretty good deal. what i wasnt prepared for was how much i would love the food! omg! always something different and always good. i dont eat red meat and they have been really good to me working around my preferences. i didnt have much to lose and lost the 15 lbs i wanted to lose within a couple of months. i have stayed on this program since then in a maintenance sort of way, and lost another 5 lbs. I love not only the food but the convenience, the helpful people who work at bistromd, and lets get real here, wearing a size 5 at 52 years old is pretty awesome!!
