I started on the Diet-to-Go Low-Fat 1200 plan in early April. A couple of weeks later, my 22 year old son asked about it and opted for the Low-Carb option. About a month after that, seeing our meals and watching us shrink, my husband opted for the Vegetarian 1200 plan. I have lost the least (darn men!), but I am very happy with my 17 pound loss.

My husband has lost 20 pounds in just 6 weeks and his blood pressure has dropped to normal levels. My son is the biggest loser! He just went over the 50 pound loss mark. He cut his hair and shaved his beard and his own grandmother did not recognize him! We had all been overweight for a while and are so happy with the delicious food and the results. We are exercising, eating our dinners together most nights on our deck, and loving everything about Diet-to-Go. This was never possible as we had such different food preferences and crazy schedules that led us to order in our go out which was contributing to the problem. We make substitutions for meals that contain foods that we do not prefer and this is never a problem. We are learning about foods we had not eaten in the past and reasonable portion size.

The food is varied, satisfying and we are not hungry. I especially enjoy the ethnic mix of foods with lots of different tastes and textures. It is hard to remember that this is a diet!
