I don't know how anyone can say this food is good. It's HORRIBLE! This a.m. I had the Canadian bacon/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich. The bread was like pumpernickel, but was WET and SOGGY from being in the same container with the rest of the moist food! As for the Canadian bacon...it was the tiniest, most microscopic piece of meat you ever wanted to see! I think they put all the calories for that meal into the bread, because there wasn't enough of anything else to add up! AWFUL! Dinner last night also tasted like cardboard. The snacks are the best part because they're from other manufacturers and are proprely packaged!! After ordering 1 week's worth, I cancelled and went to BristoMD.com! The food there is WONDERFUL!

This was a great plan and I lost 40 pounds in 3 months. The best part about it is that it teaches you to keep the weight off without having to go to a brick and mortar building.

I started on eDiets a few weeks ago, the food was great, and the agents were a treat to speak to. So happy on the plan, hope to see the pounds come off soon.
