Jenny Craig was never up front about the cost of their food when I first went in to check them out. They also "pushed" their $300ish maintenance program on me. After one month and 4 lbs less, I had not choice but to quit because the food was breaking my budget. At no time did anyone ever give me alternatives to the Jenny Craig food. Anyhow, three months later and still broke from JC, they are stil charging me the $90 a month for that expensive maintenance program. I do not advise anyone to use Jenny Craig.

I signed up for the Jenny Craig at-home program. So far, I am NOT happy with their program. The food is fine, some worse than others. First it is ridiculous that they charge you $65 to ship you the food! (you are not allowed to buy it from the centre). Second they ship two weeks worth of food at a time so my freezer is packed and there is no room for other food for my family. 3rd, they miss items that are supposed to be in the food pack. Oh yeah and my favorite...they don't ship on the right day! My "new" week was supposed to start on Thursday and the food did not arrive until Friday at 7pm! I feel like my consultant is reading a script instead of really talking to me. And I pay money for this? No thanks Jenny. And yeah and I called and asked for a supervisor to call me to discuss these issues....surprise surprise...no call.

At the Jenny Craig center i go to, all the employees are overweight, which should have been a dead give away that Jenny doesn't work. It's also very expensive at 158.00 a week! Save your money!!!
