I worked for Jenny Craig and got fired for giving a client my discount. The client spends lots of money on her and her daughters was going to quit because she could not afford it at the time. My client was so happy and continued on the program and I thought I was doing the right thing by handling the customer service issue. Despite keeping the customer happy, they coldly let me go for violating their "policy".

I agree with what I have read that Jenny Craig is very expensive and the service is terrible. I even sent a letter to the main office and never received a response. Also, how am I supposed to take advice from someone who is overweight as well. They hate when you don't buy all the meals and try to sell you point less merchandise. Plus their offices are dirty and you have to wait forever for your food to be pulled.

So amazing to read these comments. I too was completely dissatisfied with the horrible service from Jenny Craig. It is a waste of money and unless you buy more food they want nothing to do with you. It was awful the way I was treated.
