Jenny Craig Reviews

I agree with everyone on here! I did almost the same things on Jenny Craig. I spent way to much money.

The counselors were horrible, not trained in and out and all they wanted to do was sell you things. I don't know anyone who has really stuck to this and lost any weight.

I joined for $20.00 for 20 weeks or 20 pounds first. Not including the food. Well needless to say I didn't lose anything but 7 pounds for the whole 20 weeks. I was sticking to plan almost 85% of the time. Which I think is pretty good.

I spent roughly $100 to $150 a week on food. For just me !!! THat is what got me. And if you want to use a coupon that you get, they get nasty!

So, now I do NUTRISYSTEM! I LOVE IT! Have lost 25 pounds in a month!

I called Jenny Craig to just ask a few questions and they wanted to sign me up immediately.

I asked if it was just the $200 for 6 months and the lady said yes. So when she asked for my credit card and said it would be $779, I said it was too expensive.

She turned extremely rude and demanded to know how much I spent on groceries a month. I told her I live alone and spent around $40 a month just for me. She insisted that $779 a month is cheaper than what most people spend and when I said I just couldn't afford it she got very upset and hung up on me.

Very rude! It shows what kind of people work at Jenny Craig, not to mention it's way too expensive.

I have been doing the Jenny Program for the last 7 weeks. I really like it. I paid 350 for the first week...that was for the one year of weekly consults and the food. The food costs about 120/week. I have tried the nutrisystem and the food at Jenny's is SO much better. For me, it has cost less than I was spending on food a day. If you eat out two meals a day you spend at least 20 bucks a person. So, this was not unreasonable for me, plus I see results. The other thing about Jenny is that after keeping your weight off for a year, you get a refund of half of your original sign up fee. That is about 175 bucks. I think it is a great program and I really like that you focus on changing your mentality. Also, as you reach your half way mark, you switch to half your food and half jenny food. When you get to your goal, you are on your own food and you have learned how to actually maintain a healthy life, not just eat whatever crap you want as long as you stay in your points range. (I have tried most diets out there). This one is working for me.
