I also wasted my money, time, and pride on Jenny Craig. One of the girls there was a size 0 and was very rude. All the others were very over weight and were still over weight 9 months later when I finally quit the Jenny Craig program. Most of them had gained weight. When I would show up for my appointment, my counselor would just be getting back from her lunch break. She always smelt like greasy fast food and always had an extra large latte on her desk. During Oct, she had a plastic pumpkin head under her desk full of regular chocolate candy! I had to complain on many occations about finding pieces of bone in my chicken salad meals. My counselor told me that one of her other clients broke a tooth on a small rock from one the Jenny Craig meals! At least 3 times, one of the clients had brought in her small dog with her to her appointment. The dog wet on the carpet and none of the girls who worked there clean it up- they said the urine would dry- it was not a big deal to them. No one should join Jenny Craig. The 20 lbs I lost came right back.

I recently had the worst experience dealing with the "customer service" department at Jenny Craig. Having very recently joined, I have been appalled at the lack of customer service and support that I paid so dearly for. The poor level of professionalism and blatant disregard for my rights under the law is downright criminal. I am telling everyone I know and thank you for helping me get the word out.

Wow! I was gonna join JC on Friday after Thanksgiving, but after reading all these reviews I have completely changed my mind. I will try Nutrisystem instead. Thanks.
