I love this program because I found it to be healthy. Most all these programs are based on sales, but Jenny has always been helpful. I love their food. Yes, it is way expensive, but it works for me. There are no true short cuts that are lasting, so if you want to put in the time, try Jenny. I give them a 5.

Join Nutrisystem, much better price and great help, everything is free except for their food, which averages 75.00 -125.00 per week, you do still have to buy your fruits and veggies and dairy/protein selections, but works great.

Jenny Craig is too expensive!! They just want to get you in for an appointment and try to get you to purchase the most expensive package.

They say food costs averages around $11-18 a day but mine ended up being around $22 a day. I spent $20 to join for 10 weeks and $155 for one week of food.

They also won't tell you what individual food costs, but I picked what they told me so I can't imagine how to get in in the $11-18 range. Plus you have to add lettuce, milk, veggies and fruit from the grocery store so you end up spending about $200 a week total.
