Jenny Craig Reviews

I really liked Jenny Craig, the food was great, i lost over 15 pounds after 4 months, I stopped for 9 months, and tried on my own to watch what I ate, and gained it all back. I think I will try to suck it up and fork out the bills again and start all over. I also agree on the rush meetings, they do try to get you in and out. But remember they are not trained or certified dieticians. But overall, they were 100% better than nutrisystem, JC food was great and filled me up! Nutrisystem food was awfull, I had to take a loss and sell all mine on Craigslist, so before you start on Nutrisystem, go to craigslist or ebay and try the food before you spend all that money on it!!

I just started Jenny and I have 40 lbs or more to lose! However, the counselor are great that the center and yes the food is more $$ but it is yummy. I need a fool proof program that will teach me. I did not even feel like I was on a diet the first week and I lost 2.5 lbs. Besides I was spend $10 bucks a day on lunch alone. Now, for 18 bucks I get breakfast and lunch. I get the money back if I lose the weight. I have done the pills and all that jazz. I hear the food on nutrisystem stinks. At the end it is all about personal chioce and what you can afford!

I signed up a couple of years ago for the $399 membership and spent several months in the program. The food is good but expensive; after reaching a certain $ spent, you get a % off discount which helps.

I agree with other comments...the counselors were more interested in selling products than providing guidance and encouragement. I began to feel resentful about having to go and weigh in and felt my money was being wasted. So I dropped out of the program for a year.

I recently called back to see about restarting my membership and was told that I didn't renew in my off year, so my $399 membership was lost. OH, however, they could give me a deal of $49 restart fee, 10% on all books, equipment, but no discount on food!

Well, Jenny Craig..........you've received all of the money you're going to get from me!
