Jenny Craig Reviews

I wish I would of done more research on this program before I started. I am so disappointed. I have always struggled with my weight. I had lost 12 lbs in 6 wks on my own before joining this program. One of the major reason I joined was because of the convincing comemrcials and the pre made meals that would save me time. But it for sure did not save me any money. I also went in for the 20/20 program and I was told that it would not be a good idea because I need to lose to much weight and I would save money in the long run. The sales lady was so nice and played on my emotions. I took her word for gold and joined. My 1st initial week with food and member ship cost me over 500.00 dollars.

1 week later I went for my weight in and lost a big fat 0 lbs. I followed the program to a T. My counselor did not say a word. I asked her if its normal not to lose any weight in our 1st week. She said yes because I had already lost my water weight on my own before starting this program. I almost said that I don't want to lose water I want to lose fat. Any how this is my 2nd full week. Still a big fat 0 loss. I should of kept on doing this on my own. I will not continue on this progam. It is not worth the time or money. By the way I did compare some of the frozen meals at the grocery store like lean cuisine and they are comparable in calories and fat and a lot less money.

Sorry I know this is long but if I can help someone keep on to their hard earn cash it is all worth it. I am just sorry that I was such a fool.

Good luck to all who still want to give it a go.

I sure could use a refund. I think something has to be done. By the way a refund in 3 days does not give the opportunity to try out the program before knowing for sure if it's worth it.

The tone of your post is exemplary of that which has been said by those who have been to Jenny Craig and in posting in such a manner you do nothing to defend the business. By being so judgemental and arrogant, one can only wonder how you treat your customers as you strive to make money. It is a shame that all of that training they offer does not include any sensitivity classes, as you and the other business people there are dealing with human beings as you make money.

I had a bad experience with Jenny Craig. I joined during the Kirstie ads. I started going to their offices for the first few weeks, but it was a hardship because I had to do it during my lunch hour. I decided to order my food on their website. They ship two weeks at a time.

My first charge to my credit card was for almost $500. They charged me a full months shipping ( $150) all at once. They never once discussed shipping charges on the phone nor did they say anything about being required to pay up front. Why should I pay up front for shipping when I haven't received anything. I thought I would be saving money, but nooooo.

When I tried to get my money back it took me 6 months. Every time I would call I would get a real sympathetic voice, but as soon as I hung up it was like they threw the request away. Each time I called--which was several times, I would get the same story about how sorry they were -- this was just talk.

I talked to supervisors and they said the person who sold me my original order must have made a mistake. These guys are all about the money and nothing else. Nobody really cared about me, it was all about the money.
