I have to agree with all the reviews I've read. The Jenny Craig program and food is overpriced, the counselors are not trained, and every setback was my fault. I was "exercising too much", "not stay on the plan", I ate a corn tortilla and 'changed my body chemistry for the week', "I must be doing something wrong." I was on the program for 9 weeks and lost and gained the same two pounds. I feel cheated and lied to.
