I'm on the Jillian Michaels diet and am doing the 30 day shred which is amazing. From the first workout you exercise muscles you never had before. I'm only on day 8 but I've already lost three pounds. I highly recommend this diet.

I agree that Jillian Michaels will push your diet to where you want it to be. All of us say we want to diet but never follow through once we see something chocolately and delicious. Jillian Michaels works!

You've got it all wrong about Jillian Michaels. She preaches making permanent lifestyle changes and to continue those good habits after completing her diet program.

And you have it all wrong about Americans. We need to get off our lazy butts and start exercising every day. We consume way too many calories and burn too few. Jillian Michaels is the perfect kick in the butt we all need!

How does anybody keep up with such a rigorous work out regimen? Your right Jillian Michaels will "whip you into shape," but how long will you be able gto keep the weight off until you go back to your old ways? I think her diet regimen and work out routines are way too intense. The people who are on the Biggest Loser show are constantly being monitored and thats all they do is work out all day, that's howcome they lose so much weight in such a short period of time. I don't think it's healthy and we as American's need to slow down and lose weight the healthy way, without having to go to extremes (like the people do on the Biggest Loser).
