i'm a 32 year old woman that wants to lose the weight and keep if off. Everything that i have tried has failed and i'm angry all the time cause i want to be in a size 8 but i'm in a 18. Please tell me what can i do please help! i weigh 205 now

You've got it all wrong about Jillian Michaels. She preaches making permanent lifestyle changes and to continue those good habits after completing her diet program.

And you have it all wrong about Americans. We need to get off our lazy butts and start exercising every day. We consume way too many calories and burn too few. Jillian Michaels is the perfect kick in the butt we all need!
