I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred work out for 3 weeks and it was easy to squeeze the work out in. I was dripping sweat in only 20 minutes and it felt great. I had measured myself before I began and within 3 weeks I had lost a whole inch around my belly. How cool is that? These are easy and effective exercises that don't require much equipment.

Just get off the couch and enjoy a smaller belly already!

Not trying to be rude to Stacy on review #9, but you are just complaining and making an excuse. One of the biggest problem that people have when losing weight is making an excuse.

If you keep at a diet and/or a workout regimen you will get better the longer you stick to it. People stick to things when they see results, they just need to be educated on being healthy and they need to dig deep.

I agree that you don't have to hurt yourself or go to extremes and maybe her diet isn't for you, but we all need to remember that an excuse is only a defense mechanism to tell ourselves things are not our fault when we fail.... that is not what American's need to do.

I'm sorry but the EASY fixes are the options that a person is going to revert back from because they aren't lifestyle changes and they create a false sense of achievement, as well as creating roller coaster gains.

Things that are challenging are the things that changes us for the better... Things that are easy give us a false sense of security and in the end they never change our mindsets, which is what helps you lose weight and get into shape more than simply eating certain foods or doing workouts.

Get your mind right and everything falls into place.

I'm on the Jillian Michaels diet and am doing the 30 day shred which is amazing. From the first workout you exercise muscles you never had before. I'm only on day 8 but I've already lost three pounds. I highly recommend this diet.

I agree that Jillian Michaels will push your diet to where you want it to be. All of us say we want to diet but never follow through once we see something chocolately and delicious. Jillian Michaels works!
