I just started the Medifast program yesterday. I am 140 lbs. and hope to go down to 125 BUT the real reason I am on this program is because I got some shocking news about my too-high triglycerides and my too-low HDLs. Has anyone had their blood drawn before and then compared their blood after? I'd really like to know about the inside changes and not quite so much the outside appearances... Anyone?

I began using Medifast in October 2008. After 3 months I have lost 59 pounds. The program is simple and easy to use. But, you need to have the willpower and desire to stay on the plan and follow through with the required transition phase after reaching your goal weight. If you stray off plan or do not gradually transition off Medifast, the weight will come right back.

I started Medifast in mid-October and have lost 15 lbs. I'm losing slower than most, but it has been consistently coming off, something that has not happened with other diets I've been on.
