I did Medifast and it totally worked... all soy based products. I lost 16lbs in a month! If you're willing to be really disciplined then it'll work for you.

I am beginning my tenth day of medifast. In my first nine days I have lost 9 pounds!!!! I am so excited!

Like most of you, I have tried so many diets, but always fall short! This really works if you follow the program. You can lose weight faster and it will end up being "much cheaper than other diets" because the weight comes off faster.

The questions you need to ask yourself, however, do you really want to lose weight? If you do and can restrain from "cheating" this is for you!! I am determined to do it for a month with "no cheating". wish me luck. ( some of the food isn't very tasty, but what's 30 days out of my life to look and feel so much better.)
