I am 140 lbs. and hope to go down to 125 BUT the real reason I am on this program is because I got some shocking news about my too-high triglycerides and my too-low HDLs. Has anyone had their blood drawn before and then compared their blood after? I'd really like to know about the inside changes and not quite so much the outside appearances... Anyone? But, you need to have the willpower and desire to stay on the plan and follow through with the required transition phase after reaching your goal weight.
