I have already dropped from 210 to 202! My goal is to get back to 140, which is a geat weight for me. I am extremely pleased with the variety and simplicity of the program. And the meal choices, for the most part, are delicious (I already have some favorites.) I am filled with hope that success is imminent with Medifast!!!
