I started 8 days ago and have had amazing results. Ten pounds in 7 days! I haven't tried all of the foods yet because they don't send everything in the variety pack. But, I have just ordered the foods that I didn't get so that I can have a bit more variety for lunch. I love the oatmeal and the bars, and hoping that the chili and stew will be great also. I am in this for the long haul (need to lose 100+ lbs.) and I do believe that this new lifestyle will be very effective. I'm committed to losing, and Medifast will lead me.

I started 2 days ago and have lost 3.5 pounds. I am very motivated because of the quick results, but do have to admit that it takes a little getting used to, but over all has been a pretty good experience. I have about 80 pounds to lose so I will see about posting periodically. Thank you everyone that has posted so far!

I have been doing this diet now for 8 days and have lost 5 pounds. My advice is to follow the food preparation directions on the packages exactly, and to listen to your "coach." They can help get you through the rough spots. I like the diet, I am rarely hungry and I feel really good. Good luck!
