I really like the Nutrisystem basic food package. Adding fresh fruits and vegetables makes the plan easy to follow and weight loss successful. I lost 5 pounds in one week. Am now into my second week and am not disappointed. PJ

Nutrisystem works!!! I started Nutrisystem in January 2010. I have lost 63 lbs total. I am below my original goal. I have been on Maintenance since the first part of July and have still kept the lbs off. Nutrisystem teaches you a new way of eating, and really helps you figure out portion control. The online community is a great help and inspiration, and their customer support is so friendly and will work with you on any challenges you may have. I would definitely recommend this program for people who have been on diet after diet with no results.

I just joined nutrisystem. You can purchase 5 weeks of nutrisystem for women for $259.99. 35 breakfasts, 35 lunches, 35 dinners, 35 snacks. Great deal. Can't wait to get started. I wasted a ton of money on Jenny Craig ...Here's hoping I enjoy the food. And guess what if after 7 days I do not like it I can get all my money back, And a nutrisystem rep today told me if I eat a particular food and do not like it, they will swap it out for me.....Sounds like a no- brainer.
