I have been on weight watchers three times over the last 10 years. The points plus did not work for me. After some health issues I put on 20 lbs. So far with nutrisystem I have lost 4.5 lbs in the first week. I kept track of the foods I like and will make changes to my next food items. So far I am seeing results and I am not hungry.

So I was in a real bind. I was in a car accident and my neck was injured. Being a professionial dancer it was hard to go for over a year not dancing so I focused on doing things that involved my brain power but unfortunately in a year and a half put on 50 lbs of weight. When I tried to get back in shape I developed a stress fracture in my foot. 60lbs overweight my only option to address my weight gain and inability to exercise was to address my diet. I went on Nutrisystem. It's been two months and I am already down 19 lbs with no exercise because I can't due to my foot injury.

I absolutely love this diet. It is easy and structured and I don't even feel like I am on a diet.

I started Nutrisystem in December and to date I have lost 46 lbs. This is the first diet I have been able to stay on. The reason is that it's simple, it's convenient, there is a lot of variety, the food tastes great, and it doesn't spike your sugar levels so there is no spike in insulin causing your sugar level to drop and making you feel hungry. When you do start feeling hungry, it's time to eat again.

The cost of the Nutrisystem plan I was on was about $8.00 per day, which included breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack, not really that much when you consider that you're not buying much other food. My doctor has also taken me off of one of my high blood pressure medicines. I feel better, look better, and am healthier. Not a bad deal.
