I have been on Nutrisystem for 3 weeks now and I have lost 9 pounds! I don't feel hungry and I don't have to cook. Every meal is pretty much a surprise. Tonight I had lasagna and it was delicious. I was on Dr. Bernstein last summer, but it took me longer to lose weight, I felt hungry and cheated on that diet because I felt so deprived. I love Nutrisystem and recommend people give it a try.

I lost 35 pounds on the nutrisystem diet 8 years ago. Recently, I quit smoking and gained back 15 pounds. I am now back on nutrisystem to reestablish good eating habits and lose this weight. The food is much better and I feel like I am eating all of the time. I checked into South Beach, but it required to many trips to the grocery store and I would be in the kitchen cooking all of the time. I know from experience that nutrisystem works and do recommend it. The counselors are very helpful..

I just ordered nutrisystem and am SO excited to get it in the mail! I was on Jenny Craig 2 years ago and lost 50 lbs.....due to some lifestyle changes that weren't good and having too much fun eating out in my new relationship and having too many wine drinking get-togethers I gained it all back! Oh no! I was so successful with Jenny that I know that Nutrisystem will be the same! BUT it's a LOT less expensive and the foods are easy to take anywhere (work, weekend visits at my sisters etc etc) because they arent frozen...no worries about defrosting and spoiling! ANYWAY I'm stoked and wish everyone luck! I want to lose 60 lbs to be at my goal and I'm giving myself a lot of time to do it. I lost 50 lbs on Jenny Craig in less than 5 months. WOOHOO lets do this!
