Thanks for the testimonials, everybody! I'm SO SICK of this weight that's crept up on me and have to do something about it! For years I've said I can do it on my own, but that turned out to definitively NOT be true! So I'm ready to give Nutrisystem a try! Look forward to posting my own success story 40 pounds from now! i started nutrisystem 5 days ago and already lost 3 pounds. I still have a long way to go, im at 227 right now 5'2 and 26 years old. but the reason why im writing this is because for the first time i dont feel lousy being on a diet. I'm actually looking forward to eating. I tried everything there is with my weight loss battle and i think i finally found it. I just hope i continue losing weight even if it takes long time, i'm still happy that I'm eating tasty food and losing weight at the same time. I do recommend it !

I started Nutrisystem a week ago and I've already lost 12 lbs.

The daily tracker is great for keeping up with times to eat and along with a little exercize I feel extremely satisfied by the end of the day. Portion control was my downfall and the reason I have been overweight. This is teaching me the right portion sizes, and although it was hard to deal with at first now

I'm finding myself full after eating these meals. It's definitely teaching me how to make this a permanent change and not just another diet. And the price may seem like alot at first, but when you consider how much you spend at the food store in a month it is comparable.

I love it and I'm very happy with the results so far. I can't wait to see how much more I lose.
