I've just started using nutrisystem this week, I must admit that the food taste better than I thought it would ... The sizes of the foods are great and my body is starting to adjust to eating smaller portions. I'm looking forward to weighing myself soon.

My wife is telling me that she can see the difference after one week. As long as she is happy.

My wife talked me into doing Nutrisystem. I was 296 and after a little over a week I've lost 10 pounds.

Great way to learn about portion control too. I would reccomend it!

I have only been on Nutrisystem for four days and already I have lost 5 lbs.!

This program is the easiest to follow and it gives you so many food choices that I don't think that I will ever get sick of the food. I've also noticed that eating 5 times a day has given me not only more energy, but less of that gross bloated feeling at the end of the day.

Also, the food is so easy to prepare and tastes delicious! I didn't think that could be possible in a diet plan, but Nutrisystem really delivers!
