I started nutrisystem in Nov, 2008. I've been fat all my life and had given up doing anything remotely resembling a diet. However, as I was no longer able to shop at clothes stores (had to buy clothes online), couldn't travel due to not fitting in the seats, etc. I knew I had to do something. I saw an ad for nutrisystem one day at work (I'd seen them before, but this day I was thinking about the fact that I needed to do something positive in my life). I checked out their website and decided to order a month's worth of food, figuring I'd cancel it if I didn't like the food. I started Nov. 1. My first meal (breakfast) was nothing exciting, but I was surprised to find I really liked lunch and then dinner. I started losing weight and tweaked my food order to things I liked. It's now July, 2009 and so far I've lost 86 pounds! I still have a ways to go, but I feel great and look a lot better! I'm exercising nearly daily: strength and cardio. I eat 6 times a day. The nutrisystem bulletin boards are a great source of information and motivation. I'm on them daily. I love the convenience of the program. I finally believe for the first time in my life that I will lose all the weight and I'll be able to maintain (I plan on staying on the program the rest of my life...not eating it everyday in maintenance, but using the meals on occasion to keep me on track). This program really, really works if you give it a chance!

I have been a customer with Nutrisystem for almost 2 years. I do not look at it as a diet, only a better way to eat. I have lost a total of 30 lbs, and I'm still keeping it off. Their food, program and counselors are great. They have an easy to follow food program book that gives you other food options to go with if you are eating out or going on vacation. Cost wise it's great for me as my monthly food bill including food for my husband is less. Love it

NutriSystem is great. I've been on it for 11 months and have lost 135 lbs so far. I have only 35 lbs to go and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. The food is delicious. It took a complete mind makeover to get used to eating smaller (correct sized) portions and I was very skeptical, but thought I give it a good 3 month trial. I started losing weigt immediately, and was amazed at how delicous their food was. My brother & sister-in-law were so impressed by my results that they too are now on NutriSystem and enjoying weight loss success. NutriSystem help put my life back on a healthy track. It's wonderful and I highly recommend it.
