Nutrisystem definitely works. I was out to lose only about 15 lbs. and I lost 18 in about a month with Nutrisystem. People shouldn’t worry about the cost because it’s really a close wash when you consider you have to eat to stay alive anyway! A person eats $300 bucks or so in food per month just to sustain themselves and that’s not factoring in the binge eating, so the cost should not be a factor when it comes to joining! (It actually saves you money!)

I was on Nutrisystem last year and began to lose a lot of weight, but due to a move out of state I had to stop. I tried to maintain good habits, but to no avail. I had lost 30 lbs. while on the program and had not been on that long; about two and a half months. If I had stayed, I no doubt would be at my goal. My wife just started Nutirsystem last month and has lost 20 lbs. I decided that it was time I got back in the saddle and signed up yesterday. I am looking forward to losing the weight and my goal is to lose 90 lbs. I know Nutrisystem has to provide a disclaimer on their success stories that results are not typical, but I can tell you that when I was on the program before, the results are typical as long as you follow the program! Kudos to all of you out there on the program losing the weight and getting healthy and to those on the fence; you got nothing to lose but weight!

I've just ordered my food on Friday. I was on nutrisystem in 92 when I was in college and I lost about 40lbs. Of course it's back because of my bad habits. I can hardly wait to get my food so that I can drop 40lbs before age 40 in May, and 60 by the end of the summer. All the best to everyone!!!
