I have lost 46 lbs on Nutrisystem in 5 months. I am thrilled!! I enjoy the food and have found I like many of the add in foods that I didn't think I would enjoy. The cost is less than I was spending each month in the cafeteria where I work, and and that was just for breakfast and lunch there 5 days a week.

Nutrisystem has a fanastic support system, both on their website (in the forms of chats, blogs, forums, the mindset makover, live chats with counselers, etc) and on the phone (their customer service is the BEST!!) And, I am never hungry!

Nutrisystem truly gives you everything you need to succeed. I will recommend it to anyone who asks!

6 lbs in two weeks on Nutrisystem and that's including a major cheat day on Thanksgiving! The food is not gourmet but I can honestly say I have enjoyed most of the breakfast and lunch options i've tried so far and about half of the dinner options. I supplement with fresh veggies and i'm always full at the end of the day. So far so good!

My weight had soared to 186.6 pounds at a height of 5' 7". My joints were screamimg for mercy. I am 58 years old. My cholesterol and triglycerides were elevated. We love RVing ; but my weight was causing painful trips. I joined Nutri System August 21, 2011. I am down 21 pounds. My joints are just mumbling now. The improvement just motivates my loyalty to Nutri System. Our 40 wedding anniversary is June 15 , 2012. Now, I look forward to our anniversary.
