I have just ordered my first month of food and it should be coming in by the end of this week. I am very much looking forward to losing enough weight to have a bikini body by the time summer comes along. I have been researching different diets for about a week and a half non-stop and NutriSystem is the way to go according to almost EVERY review. On this page alone there are about 40 people documenting how well the food tastes and how much weight they have lost even in just the first week. I am very excited about starting this diet as soon as the package comes in. I plan on coming back and updating every few weeks once I do start this diet to give another view on how this diet is going as well as the food that my picky pallet did and did not like. Starting weight: 180.0 lbs Pants Size: Snug 14 Womens

I Started 12-12-08 and today is Christmas Day - and I have lost 7.2 pounds. I don't understand it.... I eat all day long. I plan to lose a total of 30 lbs and feel like this is an attainable goal with the nutrisystem. I feel like I have some control over a small portion of life in general and I am getting much more motivated to keep going after other goals. Thank you for your help nutrisystem ! ! !

This is my second weight loss program on nutrisystem. 20 years ago, I lost 125 pounds in 9 months. After 19 years of letting myself eat poorly I gained back the weight. Totally my own bad eating habits brought back the weight. The fast food drive-throughs got me again. So I decided after ballooning back up to 425 pounds, I got back onto the nutrisystem program and have lost 90 pounds again. This program is very easy to do. The food is very tasty and I would recommend this to anyone that needs to lose weight. Once I lose the next 50 - 75 pounds I will be to where I want to be! Thank you Nutrisystem!
