I started nutrisystem on Sept. 10th and as of today I have dropped 3 lbs! I'm starting to get motivated after seeing this plan really works.

I am a business woman and find the foods convenient to prepare at the office. In less than 2 minutes, lunch is ready. I am looking forward to reaching my goals and then going shopping for new clothes. Soon it will become reality!

I just ordered my first food from Nutrisystem and couldn't resist checking out the comparisons to Jenny Craig.

I paid big (non-refundable) membership to Jenny Craig - the cost of their food soon overwhelmed me and the counselors were more intent on selling more product than helping me manage my weight loss goals using grocery store food as originally promised. Huge disappointment - I gained 6# in the 2 months I gave Jenny Craig MY best efforts and so much money!

I can look forward to SUCCESS with Nutrisystem. Thank you for providing this opportunity for us to share our experiences!

Nutrisystem is without a doubt the best program.

I lost 50 lbs. on the program over a 5 month period in 2008, and when I find the scale creeping up after a vacation or what have you, it is easy to go back on the program for awhile. By doing so, I have been able to maintain my weight loss to within 10 lbs. or so for almost 3 years.

The program is easy, the food is delicious and yes I agree, very easy to prepare. I have been trying to get my husband to order the Men's Program, as he is always eating my food as he says it is very good.

I would recommend it to anyone. With the help of exercising everyday by riding my bike 3 to 4 miles, I consistently lost 3 lbs. per week.
