After reading your helpful information, I just joined today and my food will come in on Monday. I will post again end of next week to give you an update if I lost anything or if this works.

Nutrisystem is the best priced and most easiest to use.

It has actually lowered our grocery bill for the month. I do not have to worry about cooking when I get home from a hectic day....we both enjoy the food choices and the food tastes very good. Plus, I was worried about reflux on this diet with some of the choices--it has actually never been better!

Best plan I've tried yet and it works--we are both losing.
