I really like the Nutrisystem basic food package. Adding fresh fruits and vegetables makes the plan easy to follow and weight loss successful. I lost 5 pounds in one week. Am now into my second week and am not disappointed. PJ

Has anyone tried the Select - Fresh Frozen plan? I am thinking of trying NutriSystem, and wondering if that plan is better than the ready to go. Thank you

Just started nutrisystem today. The food is pretty good so far. Very disappointed with nutrisystem counselor. She called and left a message when she saw that I had been on the site. I called her back and explained that I was concerned that it would be difficult to cancel when I was ready. She told me not to worry and to call her if it was a problem. My friend decided a few days later to try Nutrisystem also. A counselor also called her. He told her that if she would order from him that he would give her a $50 discount, so of course she ordered from him.My order arrived yesterday and I called my counselor today to ask why I was not offered the discount. She stated that she was sure she would have offered it to me.I explained that she never explained that a discount was available and asked if she could give me the discount of my next order. She said that she could not because I would have had to order it through her. My friend said it was clearly stated on her answering machine that she would receive a $50 discount if she ordered from the counselor. Iam very disappointed that she did not even offer an apology or any compensation.
