I started Nutrisystem on September 22, 2010. I have lost 7lbs. The program is extremely easy to follow. I am 51 years old. I thought it would be impossible to lose weight. I was wrong. Just stay on the plan, and you will lose.

This is my sixth week on nutrisystem and I've lost 21 pounds.

Most of the the food is delicious. There were only a couple items that I wasn't crazy about but I just substituted something else for my next order. The plan is easy to stay on and I even have allowed myself to cheat a bit on weekends with a couple of beers and restaurant eating.

I am wearing pants now that I have not been able to fit into for five years. I'm now six pounds away from my goal weight.

This program is the real deal!

I have tried all diets and actually been dieting since age 10 years old. I work in the medical field and don't have alot of time. I've been on Nutrisystem since April and have lost 19 lbs so far.

It has been very convenient and the food is very good, with lots of variety. Some may say it's expensive but here's the thing you can spend just as much and eat things that won't help you lose weight. I'd rather pay and be on a plan that will help me to be healthier and lose some weight.

At first I did not exercise due to hip pain, which was from excess weight. Now that I've lost almost 20 lbs, I'm on my treadmill 3-4 x a week.

Nutrisystem I LOVE YOU and sing your praises.
