I'd been debating for a long time whether to do any of these prepacked diets and 4 weeks ago I thought what the heck, I'll try Nutrisystem for a month or 2.. Well Saturday was my 4 week weigh in and I had lost 13.2 pounds!!

I love the program and I'm so glad I decided to try it. Only $233.00 for 4 weeks if your on the auto-plan. Of course you have to buy your own veggies and fruit but what the heck, I'd rather get my own fresh.

It is so much easier when everything is measured out for you, this was my big downfall before. It's also great because they have a different plan for diabetics and vegetarians. Love the program!!!!!!!!!

I've lost 37 pounds on Nutrisystem and am at my goal weight. I love the convenience and quality of the Nutrisystem foods. The cost was totally reasonable compared to normal grocery costs and I plan on continuing to use Nutrisystem to maintain my weight.

I am on nutrisystem and have been for 2.5 months. It is less than $300 a month and it works. I am trying to lose 25 lbs and so far have lost 14 lbs! It's so easy and the Nutrisystem counselors and web site are very helpful.

The weight stays off because not only is it a diet, it's a lifestyle change. I learn how to eat right, even without the Nutrisystem foods. The foods taste pretty good by the way. Highly recommended!
