I lost 30 lbs on Nutrisystem. I see some people complaining about the food but honestly it basically comes down to how serious you are about losing weight. Stop making excuses and keep your eye on the prize! Before you know it, the weight will be gone and you will be happy that you stuck with it. Yes, some of the food isn't great, but some is good too. Its just a matter of trying different things and decided which you like.

HOLY COW!!!!! 1 full week on Nutrisystem and I am down 8 pounds. I am sure a lot of it is water weight, but my I can feel it in the way my clothes fit. So far loving the food, and not feeling hungry. I think the portion control and more frequent meals has boosted my metabolism. I am so excited. I will keep you posted.
