About 4 years ago I lost 30 lbs. I kept about 20 off but struggled with those last 10. I really wanted to skim a few lbs and be ready for a friend's wedding and bathing suit season but nothing was working. I have a very busy lifestyle and rarely cook.

I decided to try Nutrisystem for just a week, I was nervous I wouldn't like the food. In this past week I lost 4.5 lbs, and have liked everything I ordered (except for one thing - Chicken Alfredo dinner). I'm rarely hungry, and now I ordered a whole month to keep going!

I'm on my first week of Nutrisystem and already lost 3 pounds. My friend and I started at the same time, and she's down two pounds. So far, I don't feel hungry and the food is pretty good. My favorite is the Italian Herb Pizza and just about all the cookies. So far, so good! And it's really easy too!

I have been on Nutrisystem for 4 weeks now and am down 20 pounds. You find out quickly which of their foods you like and can adjust your autoship easily for the next time. The best thing is that you are not hungry and are not thinking about food all the time. It is miraculous! Small portions and yet you are satisfied. I don't know how they do it but it works!
