NutriSystem is absolutely awful. Very, very bad food. I started on the "Fresh Frozen" plan where half my food was frozen and delivered by Schwan's. The food was terrible. The french toast and pancakes had a funky sour taste to it, and you can't customize the frozen selections. If there is something you can't or won't eat, they won't substitute for you. Also, the shelf items were terrible. There was a weird taste and smell to the shelf items, and they were discolored. The pizza's were unappetizing and tasted like cardboard. Then there were the billing issues. I signed up for the Auto Ship program with my debit card and they billed me $350 twice in one month! It took them a week to correct the problem and refund my money - just in time for them to take it out on the correct date, and this also screwed up delivery of my frozen items. The customer service was horrible as well. I was very unhappy with the experience and I felt it was a complete waste of money. I stuck with the program, but the results were nothing stellar - 15 pounds in 4 months, probably due to skipping meals because the thought of eating their food was so abhorrent, and I refused to spend money to buy anything else. My metabolism was really out of whack and I was hungry a lot. I switched to Jenny Craig and lost 21 pounds in 2 months and enjoyed every meal. It has been worth the extra cost.

I have been on nutrisystem for almost 3 weeks now and i am already down 13 pounds, it's almost ridiculous, the weight just keeps falling off. i love the program, i love that i don't have to make room for all of this food in the freezer and that i don't have to try to pick things myself from the store. well worth the money. i am going to the beach in a month and am excited to see how much i lose by then! my pants are barely hanging on so i guess i'll need to go shopping soon, oh darn. i recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight and learn better habits in the process!
