Nutrisystem=GAS. It does fill you up though and I've already lost 2 lbs the first week. Full of gas though. Stomach constantly rumbling, not because it's hungry but because it is gassy. What's in those meals? Metamucil? I'm going to try some Bean-o or mylicon while doing this diet.

It was a HUGE mistake to sign up for Nutrisystem! I did so because of the convenience and the modest cost - I found that it is neither convenient or very cost effective. In addition to the over processed and over salted food that is provided, you are asked to add a dairy or protein and fruit to breakfast, a mid morning dairy or protein, 2 vegetables at lunch, a mid afternoon dairy or protein and 3 vegetables/fruits at dinner. With all of these expected additions, it is no longer convenient or cost effective! The food is way over salted - the food that is provided has more than a day's allotment which means that no salt can be added to any of the vegetables that you have to provide.

I do not recommend this program and will tell everybody who will listen how bad it is!

NutriSystem is by far the most effetive diet plan I have tried.

I started NutriSystem February 22, 2010 and have already lost 20lbs in 4 weeks.
