How is the taste of the food ? I did jenny craig awhile ago and loved the food. No one has said they actually liked the food

I just purchased the Nutrisystem plan for diabetics. I am so excited, for my goal is to lose 50 lbs., and I would like to get off of insulin. I joined the gym a month ago, but I needed an eating plan that would teach me a life skill. I will take one day at a time, and I will be successful!

I will keep you posted with my progress. Until then, keep me in your prayers, for it will be needed. I wish all of you nothing but success!

Hi all, i have been reading alot about nutrisystem and i am thinking of giving it a try. The thing is i do not have time to exercise and i was wondering whether those who have tried it and have lost weight could let me know whether i have to exercise when on NS. i would appreciate your response.!
