Nutrisystem is the best thing I've ever done to improve my health and self-esteem.

I was on the diet from June to September of last year (2009) and I lost about 60 pounds. Not only have I kept the weight off, but using what I learned on the program, I am continuing to lose weight. I would probably have lost even more weight had I been exercising but I just didn't have the time. As expensive as the program was, I don't regret it one bit.

I am considering going back on the program to lose the remaining 40 pounds as soon as I finish paying off a bill or two. I recommend this program to anyone who is serious about losing weight and improving their health.

The food was delicious, there was a wide selection, and customer service was always helpful. I credit Nutrisystem with teaching me how to eat properly and giving me my life back.

I have been on nutrisystem for 8 days and I have lost 6lbs.

I love the program - It's great. It walks you through every step of the way. The food is really good and you can pick exactly what you want to eat off of there menu. I am looking forward to losing more weight on the program. I would recommend nutrisystem.

I just finished one week on Nutrisystem and its smooth sailing from here! Haven't weighed myself yet, but I feel thinner.
