I just started Nutrisystem this week have have lost 4 pounds thus far - probably water weight but at least the scale is finally going in the right direction. I am a vegetarian and was pleased to find they have a program to suit me. No thinking about whether or not something is meatless, or reading all the labels. All the food shipped to me is vegetarian and I can reorder the meals and snacks I like the most and customize future orders. (I ordered the variety pack to start with.) The meals have been flavorful and since I only have 30 minutes for lunch at work, all that I've tried so far are microwaved in about 3 minutes or less. A huge timesaver for me.

I have been on Nutrisystem D since March 5th I have lost 30 pounds. My blood pressure is down and my diabetes is under control.. I like being able to pick the things I like and eliminate the things I don't like. I am learning to love veggies!!
