I have been on Nutrisystem for a week and have lost 6lbs! I also work out 1-2 hours a day. I do Pilates a lot with a lot of cardio and some weights. I'm a college student and sometimes my snack times get changed, which is the only bad thing. The hard thing for me has been getting my liquid intake, but I pace my self with it. Sometimes I'll get more than required with exercise. The key is to work out every day if you can and mix it up so you don't get bored. Pick something you enjoy. I've got 19-24 lbs to lose. I switched to the vegetarian option for the next round. I also make a medium sized salad with dinner so I can get my intake off veggies in. If I don't feel like I got my veggies in I'll have a half a glass of v8 juice.
