I did the Sonoma Diet and I LOVED the food! It was so delicious. The biggest drawback was that I had to restock my kitchen on Day 1, and that cost in excess of $200 because a lot of the ingredients that you need are very pricey. I felt that the price of the food, coupled with the price of the book and the website, were simply too much. I was feeding my whole family Sonoma foods because we always eat all of our meals together (and really, why feed my children less satisfying and nutritious foods). I was spending over $200 a week on groceries. While that may not seem like a lot, it was for us, a family of four living in the midwest, where grocery prices are fairly low.
