I tried the south beach diet a few years back and I felt great, and lost a ton of weight, now that I've had 2 kids and gained it all back, I am going back on the diet to get in shape again.

I have started and stopped started and stopped my problem is eating at night I take a sleeping pill and it makes me eat I will try this one more time and not take the sleeping pill but what if I cant sleep but I need help I weight 190 lbs and I am eating myself litterly to death its almost like thats what I want to do I am so depressed

Wish me luck -- I am starting the south beach diet today -- all the comments have motivated me (I have 50 lbs. to lose) need to feel better and lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
