Bottom Line
The points-based method of Weight Watchers is outdated and doesn’t go far enough to promote healthy lifestyle changes. For better success, stick with diets like Nutrisystem or Medifast Diet.

The weight watchers plan may work for Jennifer Hudson, but for me it's too broad. I'm not sure what might help me, but I need a stricter diet plan.

Weight Watchers offered too much freedom. I was not disiplined enough for the lose structure. I did well the first week in regards to sticking to my points (though I didn't lose any weight)... The 2nd week I found myself fudging on points.... by the 3rd week, it was a total miss! I need something (like Nutrisystem)....a plan that lays it out for you...eat this and ONLY this and you'll lose weight! I have had success in the past with Jenny Craig (a similar plan to nutrisystem), but the cost of JC is ridiculous! I have just ordered my 1st month of Nutrisystem...wish me luck!

WW gave me too much freedom, which is why I liked it, but why I failed. Their website was extremely helpful - it just doesn't work for me with the new Points Plus. I have read other reviews criticizing the help and saying ww is a scam - ww works and it works for many people but I liked the old plan better.
